    We led the communications efforts for the world’s largest airline as the company navigated a Chapter 11 filing, a CEO transition, the largest aircraft modernization project of that time, a historic rebrand, and a merger integration. 

  • Consumer Products

    We supported the development of the transformation narrative for an iconic food storage company as it shifted business strategy and began selling products in retail outlets nationwide for the first time in the history of the company. On the heels of this work, we counseled the C-Suite and Board through a financial crisis and the CEO transition.

  • Industrial Products

    When a global conglomerate of led-battery recycling companies, needed to integrate 64 disparate brands into one global brand, as well as reposition the company expertise as one of the only organizations in the world ready to manage the incoming demand for lithium-battery recycling, we developed the brand positioning, messaging framework and executive positioning strategy.

  • Defense

    When a national defense contractor needed to shift the perception of the brand to support recruiting and retention efforts among undergraduate engineering students, we developed an employer brand position, communications program, and branded content to highlight the company's commitment to curiosity and the opportunity build, learn and grow with the organization.

  • Food

    When the world’s largest food distributor was targeted by a global activist organization and accused of supporting inhumane labor and illegal fishing practices in China, we advised the leadership team on the reputational impacts of the business response and provided counsel on communications strategy.

With 25 years of experience advising global brands through transformation, reputation challenges, and high-stakes moments, Brooke brings a steady hand and strategic clarity to every engagement.

Brooke prioritizes understanding the perspectives of leaders, stakeholders, and intended audiences before shaping any strategy. With a strong bias toward integration, she brings together earned, owned, and social channels to deliver credible, consistent communications that support both brand and business goals.

Throughout her career, Brooke has counseled clients across industries including travel, consumer goods, food and supply chain, and aviation and defense. During her time at three of the world’s best communications firms, Edelman, Weber Shandwick and Fleishman-Hillard, she led complex, high-profile initiatives, including an iconic rebrand for one of the world’s largest airlines; served as crisis lead for global airline clients; and helped global corporations communicate through organizational restructurings, executive transitions, and sensitive reputational issues.
